Summary: We rented this house for a business conference being held in Scottsdale. This house worked perfectly for us. Good restaurants & grocery stores near, and very close access to freeway. Easy & prompt communication with owner, and home was very clean. Not a fancy spot, though quite comfortable (including beds)! Backyard was a nice spot to relax in morning sunshine before our day. Didn’t use pool, but it looked inviting.This would be a good family retreat, as well as good value for our business colleagues purpose. Would definitely rent it again. Well kept neighborhood, and when inside the house it was very quiet!
